Distribute Placeholders

Under Publication Space Settings > Transmittals there is an option to "Allow Distribution of Placeholders".

Place a tick in the checkbox to allow users to select one or more placeholders from a Publication Space folder or basket and distribute them to a user on the project. This will create a DTX with the selected placeholders.  The recipient can click on the folder path to access the folder they need to upload the required documents.

This feature simplifies the process of distributing placeholders, making it easier for project teams to collaborate and manage their documents efficiently.
