This configuration setting allows you to control which users can Distribute Documents.

The setting can be found under Publication Space > Settings > Transmittals

Users, groups, and or companies can be given the rights to Distribute Documents.  Only these authors will be able to distribute documents. 

The distribute button will be hidden from all other users.Â
