Custom Fields on Transmittals

Add a Custom Field to a Transmittal

  1. Navigate to Publication Space > Settings > Transmittals

  1. Click on the Add Custom Field button.

  1. Choose the type of custom field you require.

  1. Follow the steps located in https://ribcx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/cxKB/pages/23199758  

  2. If the user field is required (mandatory) place a tick in the check box in the Required column.

  1. Please note that by default ONLY the REQUIRED user fields are shown.

  1. To view and complete other custom fields click on Show More.

Set Transmittal Custom Fields when Importing to the Publication Space

You can also set transmittal values when importing in the final step of the import process. Refer here for more information about Importing to the Publication Space.
