Numbering Set Up

Match document number with preconfigured User Field values during an upload.

Pre-determine document numbering sequence as a template that can be applied on Upload to Automatically number your documents.

Choose the file name of documents downloaded from Publication Space.

Combine or separate revisions of the same document number based on the file extension.

This uses Regex to defines the pattern a file name has to match when uploading.

Ensure documents are not mistakenly superseded by revisions that are out of sequence.
