Import Placeholders to the Publication Space

Your organisation may need to create a folder structure and assign document numbers before files are available. This can be achieved with an import.

Following instructions on the Import Documents to the Publication Space page.

File Name Blank

With the exception of keeping the file name column blank.

To import Placeholders you must keep the File Name columns BLANK.

Import the Excel File

After all the data has been filled in on the excel file, follow the steps on the Import Documents to the Publication Space page.

Ensuring place a tick in the Import documents with blank file names as placeholders only.
