Control Sheets - Configuration
Where Control Sheet Configuration is Found
Note: All information entered into the areas noted in the red squares above will be available across all your projects. This information stays with the Global Company selected. All the other areas are project specific.
Global Company
Select the global company.
Click on Admins.
Click on Add new record.
Add user(s) email.
A Global Company Admin will have access to all control sheets including Salaries Control Sheets.
Global Company Admins will need to be a project administrator.
Project Administrators without Global Company Admin rights will be able to access all control sheets except for Salaries.
Region
Click on Regions.
Click on Add new record.
Add regions that may be relevant for all your projects.
Add Where is your project located. Click on Regions button to add regions relevant to your country / organisation.
Project Value (Millions)
Enter the value of your project.
Start Date
Enter the start date of your project.
End Date
Enter the end date of your project.
Height (Levels)
Enter the number of levels your project has (if any).
Wages and Salaries
If you are going to use wages and/or salaries control sheets, enter the Month that the year will start.

Approvers
Enter who can approve the control sheet. When a control sheet is approved it captures an excel copy of the sheet plus moves the values to previous.
Create a Control Sheet
Click on the Control Sheets Button.
Click the + Add New Record Button.
Type Name of the Control Sheet.
Select the type of control sheet from the drop down menu.
Copy a Control Sheet
Click on the Control Sheets Button.
Click the Copy Button on the control sheet you wish to copy.
Confirm whether you want to copy.
Select the type of control sheet from the drop down menu.
Make a Control Sheet Reportable
Tick the box in the Is Reportable field to make your control sheet reportable.
