Global Company Admins need to be set in order to access some of the control sheet configuration.
Where Control Sheet Configuration is Found
Global Company - Set the global company.
Region - Where is your project located. Click on Regions button to add regions relevant to your country / organisation.  Â
Project Value (Millions) - How much is your project value.Â
Start Date - What is the start date of your project.Â
End Date - What is the end date of your project.Â
Height (Levels) - How many levels does your project have.
Wages and Salaries - Click here for more information about Escalation Month and here for Week Calculation.
Approvers - Who can approve the control sheet.  When a control sheet is approved it captures an excel copy of the sheet plus moves the values to previous.
Create a Control SheetÂ
1. Click on the Control Sheets Button.
2. Click the + Add New Record Button.
3. Type Name of the Control Sheet.
4. Select the type of control sheet from the drop down menu.
Copy a Control SheetÂ
1. Click on the Control Sheets Button.
2. Click the Copy Button on the control sheet you wish to copy.
3. Confirm whether you want to copy
4. Select the type of control sheet from the drop down menu.
Make a Control Sheet Reportable
Tick the box in the Is Reportable field to make your control sheet reportable.
Allowances -Â Salaries & Wages
Define Allowances
- Allowance Name
- Region
- Weekly Amount
When at least one allowance for Salaries or Wages is configured, you can click on the Allowance Rates button.
Add the allowance rates.
Default Allocations - Salaries & WagesÂ
To edit the default allocations click on the Settings Button.
To show start and finish date and default allocations place a tick in respective box.
Once ticked the control sheet will display:
- A Start Date column (Month - Year selection)
- A Finish Date column (Month - Year selection)
- A row for default allocation % (Default 100%)
When both the start and finish dates are entered, the applicable months will be pre-allocated as per the default allocation.
Additional Form Types to Show - Contractor & Supplier
To show additional form types on the control sheet, click on the settings button of the control sheet you want to change.
Add the form types as required.
Contract Column - Contractor & SupplierÂ
In configuration allow this column to be turned on & off at a project level.
Invoice History Columns - Contractor & Supplier
- Added ability to configure which columns are configurable
- Added ability to configure the column namesÂ
Linked Budget Line - Contractor & SupplierÂ
For Contractor and Supplier Control Sheets you can view the Control Sheet based on the Linked Budget Line item, go to configure > contract admin > contractor
And change the mode as shown below
