Contract Variation - Edit Value After a Claim has been Made

RIB CX provides the ability to change the value of a variation even after a Claim has been made against it.

To allow for changes to the variation amount you must change the configuration of the Variation document type.

How to configure a Variation so it's value can be changed after a claim:

  1. Go to Configure.

  2. Form Types.

  3. Select the Variation document type you wish to update.

  1. Under General Tab > Contract Admin

  2. Turn on the "Can edit the value of Variations after a Claim"
