Dashboard
It's easy to find all the information you need on active workflows using the dashboard in the Publication Space.
The dashboard contains:
Graphs that show the number of reviews each user has to complete, however you can toggle through a variety of graph options to suit your particular needs.Â
1. Click on the down arrow.
2. Select which graph you want to view.Â
Widgets that when clicked will give you a list of outstanding reviews, overdue reviews and reviews that are overdue by more than 2 weeks.
The dashboard also contains a Document Review Report.
Document Review Report
1. Click on Document Review Report
This report shows a list of active workflows, which step they are in and who is responsible for that step.
2. To filter the report click on the arrows in the header row.
Here you can click the button with 3 lines to add other columns such as 'Waiting on user'Â
3. Click on the arrow in the first column to expand the WTX to show all documents on this workflow.Â
4. There is traffic light reporting - reviews that are still within the step duration are green, late reviews are orange and reviews later than 2 weeks are red.
5. The report can be exported to pdf or excel if required. Â
Export Collapsed view
When exporting the Workflow report you have the option export the summary view (collapsed view) or the detailed view (expanded view)
When exporting the summary/collapsed view, you will only see that information in exported sheet
Customise and Save a Workflow Report
As a user you can customise the Workflow report (Column filers, customised list of columns and save it as a report to the menu)
Steps:
Click Save
Save Report
Enter Name, Location, 'Who can view this report', 'Who can edit this report'
When saved, go to the Location of the report from the left hand menu, and you will see it there. This will be a live report updated in real time (similar to a saved search)
