Apply a Review Workflow
From a Transmittal
On the transmittal, Tools drop down select Apply Workflow.
Pick your Workflow, Click Apply.
From the Basket
Add the documents you want to to the basket.
Then in the tools drop down select Apply Workflow.
From a Folder
To Apply a workflow to documents form a folder.
Select the documents you want to put on a review.
Click on the Workflow button on the document toolbar.
Pick the Workflow you wan to send these documents on and clickÂ
Add Info Users to Completed Workflow When Applying a Workflow
You can add info users to be notified with a link to the Workflow when the workflow has been completed. The users will also be granted all markups generated as part of the workflow.
Go to Publication Space and select documents.
Click 'Apply workflow button'.
Choose the Workflow to be applied from the left.
Click into "ADD THESE PEOPLE TO WORKFLOW WHEN WORKFLOW IS COMPLETED".
Add contacts of the recipients.
Add Info Users to Completed Workflow After the Workflow is Completed
For completed Workflows, you can add additional Info users by clicking on the Add Info users button in the toolbar.Â
This option is only applicable to Workflows created and completed after the April 2024. This option will not be available for Workflows completed prior to this date.
Go to WTX that you would like add info users to.
Click 'Add info Users'.
Add contact under 'INFO USERS'.
Click 'Add Users'.
You will now see these users under INFO heading.
