Form Administrators

Form Administrators

Each form in iTWO cx can be allocated an Administrator. This privilege allows you to edit the configuration of the form type you are an administrator of.

More details on the options available for configuration of a Document Type Administrator can be found here.

This page details how a Project Administrator can set up a user to be a form type administrator.

1. Go to configure.

2. Document types.

3. Click on a Form type.

4. The form type is loaded in the right hand frame.

5. Add the users to the Admin section.

Form type Admins must be configured as individual users and cannot be set as Companies or Roles.

This user needs to be a Project Administrator in order to see the document type menu item.

This is useful if you want only one or a select few Project Admin users to be able to edit document types.

Note:  remove the group PROJECTADMINS from Document Type Admin (found in Configure>Modules>Administrators) so that only these users have access to edit document types.
