Bulk Update Status for Linked Documents

You can customise the form Toolbar to include Bulk Update Status for Linked Documents.  This will enable you to bulk update the status of any forms linked to it.

Configure the Toolbar

  1. Go to Configure

  2. Form Types

  3. Select the Form Type you want to configure this option for.

  4. Go to the Toolbar

  5. Tick the Bulk Update Status for Linked Docs checkbox. (You can customise the name of the button if required).

  1. This adds the option to the Toolbar as shown below.

How it Works

Only Users with permission to close a form will be able to bulk close out.
