Distribution Rules / Lists - Form Type Configuration

If Distribution Rules are set for a Form Type, these are listed here.  If no Distribution Rule applies, the user may correspond with all the people they are allowed to according to the Who Talks To Whom matrix. 

A Distribution Rule limits the names shown in the Addressing Form.
