Open or View a DRI
To View from the Workflow
Click on the DRI count indicator to load the DRI list.
Click on the DRI row you want to open.
To View from the Document Preview Page
Click on the Issues Tab to load the DRI List.
Click on the DRI row you want to open.
To View from the Hotlist or Notification List
Click on the notification for the DRI.
Or click on the Hotlist item for the DRI.
To View from DRI Report or Saved Search
The Reference number will show as a clickable hyperlink - Click it to open DRI
