Delete a Design Review Issue

For Pins and DRI’s the user deleting the annotation must have access to the withdrawn status on those form types.

If you've created a Design Review Issue (DRI) that needs to be deleted or retired, you can do so by going to the Document Preview.

  1. Go to Issues tab.

  2. Click on the 3 dots

  3. Click on Delete

  1. A confirmation tab will appear. Fill in reason for deleting the DRI.

  2. Click on Delete

  1. The deleted markup will disappear from both the Issues tab and viewer overlay.

  1. Each deletion creates a clear record: who deleted, when, type of markup, and the reason.

In RIB CX delete refers to retire.  Nothing is permanently deleted.   You can always find your retired "deleted" documents in RIB CX.
