Track and Report on Design Review Issues
RIB CX provides extensive reporting capability for Design Review Issues (DRIs) to enable tracking all open issues to closure with a very easy and simple process.
Document Review Dashboard
An overview of DRIs on your project can be viewed through the Document Review Dashboard.
To open the Dashboard:
Click on Document Review Dashboard under the Publication Space folder.Â
The Dashboard will display standard count widgets that indicate the number of:
- Outstanding DRIs
- Overdue DRIs
- DRIs which are overdue by 2 weeks or more
In addition, there is a Design Issue Report.
The Design Issue Report
The design issue report has a default view which provides an overview of all your drawings with an outstanding DRIs.
This default view shows the progress of DRIs at a document level.
Below is a breakdown of all the elements that are shown on the screen
The colour-coded progress indicator is showing how many DRIs are Open, To be Checked, or Closed at a document level:
- Green = Closed
- Orange = To Be checked (verified)
- Red = Open
- Black = Document has been retired, or there is a newer revision, mark ups/consolidated mark ups not yet distributed.Â
Expand Report to View Individual Revisions of a Document
Click on the Arrow icon next to each drawing number to expand it to view the details of each individual revision for that document.
This view provides a more detailed picture of each revision of that drawing.
Expand DRIs to View DRI Details
You can further expand this report to view individual comments on the DRI by clicking on the arrow icon next to the DRI reference number.
Expand / Collapse All Buttons
Rather than clicking on each arrow icon to expand each row you can click on the Expand All or Collapse All Button.
Customise the Report Layout
You can customise the report layout (i.e. the columns that you see) by using the columns button and selecting the columns you want to add or remove.
The list of columns will include all the user fields that are available for the Publication Space.
Excel Report
You can export the full report to excel by clicking on the excel button.
