View Design Review Issues on the Workflow Summary

Once a workflow has been completed, the Workflow Summary page will be displayed.  To view the Design Review Issues (DRI) logged against each document:
1. Click on Review Issues to load the DRI list.
2. To view closed DRIs, click on the Show Closed DRIs button.
