Bulk Import Design Issues Using Excel

1. To begin the upload click on Utilities.

2. Select Import Design Review Issues.

3. Download the Excel Template file by clicking on the Download button.

4. Fill in the excel file , making sure to fill in all required fields.

Doc#, Rev, Issue Author, Issue Action, Issue title are required.

You can optionally set the status to a specific status available on the DRI Form, otherwise, RIB CX will use the default status for DRI forms when importing the DRI's.

5. If you are importing comments to existing DRI's the doc#, rev, title must match the existing DRI's. You can then fil in the comment by and comment field to import comments.
