Info User(s)
Select the for info user/s for the tender packages.
The info users will then be shown when creating a package.
Info users will receive notifications/emails for all related form types:
Tender Packages
Tender Clarifications
Tender Submissions
And any configured forms for the bid submission process, including those generated on awarding the package.
Enter the Project Details
The next step in setting up your tender project is adding the project details. This allows you to set defaults for tender package information so you don’t have to re-enter it every time you create a new package.
Project Details | Used for |

Project Name | This is the name of the Project. |
Main Contact | Person responsible for the Tender packages. All Tender activity will be addressed to this person. This can be changed when the package is being created or after it has been issued. |
Open Date | Date the Tender is Open |
For Info User(s) | Detailed description here. |
Package Admins | Select users, groups, etc who can create packages for this tender. |
Location | Location of the Project i.e Brisbane Wharf |
Close Date | Date the Tender will close |
Category | The Category User Field can be configured to include options, such as Area or Zone |
Description | This will set the project description for all packages. This will be appended to the Package Description/Invite when a package is issued. You can remove this when creating a package if desired. |
This setting prevents anyone from seeing the bids until it has reached its due date. Click here for more information. | |
Enforce Close Date | This setting will lock subbies out of the Bidders page once it has reached its close date. |
Bidder Attachments | This allows the Bidder to submit attachments as part of their bid. |
