6. Post Contract Changes

You must have Price Submission enabled for this to work.

This tab allows you to make changes during bid evaluation process. 

Setting Up Post Contract Changes Form

  1. In the Setup of your Tender Project wizard go to the tab called Post Contract Changes.

  2. Click on enable.

  3. A new section will appear called Select Form.

  4. Give the tab for your form a Name.

  5. Select the required form from the drop down list.

  6. You can click on Add Row if you want to select another form.

  2. Each row (in this example Forecast and Trade Reserve will be shown as new section in the Evaluation Report, allowing you to make changes as needed.
