Tenders and Complex Commitments Budget

Is your budget set up for complex commitments?  Yes!

You can create tender packages that are directly integrated with your Linked Budgets.

Follow the below to set this up.

Configuration of TPKG Form Type

  1. Navigate to Configure > Form Types

  2. Click on the TPKG form type.

  1. Under the General tab click on the menu item called Contract Admin.

  2. Toggle on “Show Linked Budget Line Column” so that this will show on tender price submissions.

  3. Optionally you can toggle on “Require a Linked Budget Line to be selected for all first level lines”.

Configure Package Config Tab in Tender Project Settings

Once “Show Linked Budget Line Column” is toggled on for the TPKG form type:

  1. Navigate to the Tenders Module.

  2. Click on Tender Project Settings.

  1. On the Package Config tab enable price submissions.
