Search For a Revision Status

You can search for a specific revision within the revision history by searching by its revision status (Rev Status).

To do this type the revision status and tick show all revisions.

Column Filtering - Latest Rev

Filter Revision status of documents in publication space by going to Revision Status (Rev Status) filter. When filtering by a column, the information searched will be based on the latest revision a user has access to rather than all revisions of a document.
