Search by Transmittal Number

To search by TX number (upload transmittal) in the Publication Space:

1. Click on More Criteria.

2. Tick the Transmittal Ref checkbox.

3. Click on Done.

4. Type TX# followed by the 4 digit number of the transmittal.

5. Click search.

Adding the Transmittal# Column to the Publication Space

1. Click on the columns button and select the Transmittal number options.

2. Tick the Transmittal # checkbox and then Done.

Search by Distribution Transmittal Number

To search by DTX number in the Publication Space:

  1. Click on More Criteria.

  2. Tick the Transmittal Ref checkbox.

  1. Type DTX# followed by the 4 digit number of the transmittal.

  2. Click search.

Adding the Distribution Transmittal# Column to the Publication Space

The ‘Distribute TX Ref’ column will only show the first created DTX reference, not subsequent Distribution Transmittals for the same revision.

  1. Click on the columns button and select the Transmittal number options.

  1. Tick the Distribute TX Ref checkbox and then Done.

Adding Latest Distribution Transmittal Column

The Distribute TX Ref (Latest) shows the most recent DTX number for the current document revision.

  1. Select Distribute TX Ref from the Column menu drop down

  2. Click Done

Adding Workflow Transmittal Column to Publication Space Search 

This filter will show you the latest Workflow Transmittal number for a document in the search.
