Form Designer Overview
Contact RIB in order to enable this feature and get permission to use the Form Designer.
The Form Designer tool provides users with the ability to design and customise forms based on their own processes.
For projects with Form Designer access enabled, Project Administrators will be able to use the Form Designer.
Accessing the Form Designer
The Form Designer can be accessed by Project Administrators in the Form Type Configuration:
Configuration > Form Types > Choose the Document you wish to design/edit > Click on Form Designer

The Form Designer screen has 3 main sections, from Left to Right:

Form Area (Standard Column Widths 3:9, 2:4:2:4, 12)
Cell Properties (When cell is clicked)

Form Area
The Form Area displays in the middle pane (depicted above in Purple square), consisting of a grid. This is where you will place Field Types to create your form (left pane depicted above in Red square).
The Layout Template can be toggled per row between:
3:9 is the default layout
2:4: 2:4
12
Fixed Cell Width and Height
The Layout Template’s cell width and height are fixed.
Field types can be adjusted to span over more or less columns and rows.
The maximum amount of columns is 12 and cannot be adjusted.
The number of rows can be added or subtracted to.
Within List Tables, you may have as many or few columns as required.
Spacer Rows can be used to create space between rows, rather than adjusting row heights.
Cell Properties
