Pre-Approval Request to Issue Package

Using the Request Approval Button

Administrators click here for how to set up Pre-Approval Request. 

1. Create a Package by Clicking on Create Package. Click here for how to create a package.

2. Go through the process of filling out all the tabs as needed. 

3. When you are ready to Request Approval for this package. Click on the Request Approval Button.

4. Alternatively you can Save the package as a Draft and then Click on the Actions button on the Dashboard to Request Approval.

5. The configured Approval form will load.

6. Fill in the details and click submit.

7. The Tender Dashboard will indicate that the Approval is Pending. This is identified by the orange circle.

8. As the Package is in a Draft status, the Dashboard will have an Edit button.

What the Colors mean.

Grey = Approval Form has not yet been created.

Orange = Approval Form is still in an Open Status.

Green = Approval Form has been Closed (Approved).

9. Once the Approval Form has been Closed or Approved, the Dashboard will change to Green.

10. You can now Edit the Package and Click Issue to Issue the package.

Create a Form to Start Approval Process

1. Click on the + to create the Form for the Approval process.

2. You will notice the Create Package option in the Toolbar once the Form has been submitted.

3. While the Form is still in an Open status the button will remain disabled.

4. Once the Form is in a Closed (Approved) status the button will become enabled.

5. When you click on the button it will create a new Package in Draft status. A confirmation will be shown with a link to the package.

6. You can access the Draft package by clicking on the Link.
