You can have bidders sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving tender package documents.
Save and Issue Agreement
1. Draft your tender package.
2. When ready click Issue.
3. The following warning will appear.Â
4. Choose Save & Issue Agreement.
5. What this does is to save the package as a Draft while issuing the Agreement document (TCA).
View Progress of Returned Agreements
To view the progress returned agreements from bidders Click on Edit and then go to the Select Bidders tab.
A column called "Agreement" will become available and will indicate the status of returned or not returned agreements.
Easy access to the Confidentiality Agreement
Added the ability to access the Confidentiality Agreement management page directly from the Tender Dashboard.Â
Simply click on the Confidentiality Agreement column number. This will load the agreement management screen.
Import Confidentiality Agreement on Behalf of a Bidder
Much like the ability to import an external bid on behalf of a bidder, you can also import a confidentiality agreement sent you by a bidder outside of the RIB CXÂ system.
1. On the tender dashboard Click on Summary.
2. Click on the Confidentiality Icon on the Company line.
3. Click Upload for the Company you wish to upload the confidentiality agreement for.
4. Select or drag and drop the files to upload.
Approve and Issue
Once uploaded you will be able to approve and issue the package to the bidder
