Customise Columns

You can customise which columns you see in the Publication Space.

1. Click on the column icon top right hand corner.

2. Tick or Untick columns.   The columns will automatically be updated.

 

Add a Document Link Column

This can be added to your Publication Space grid and saved searches. This feature allows you to easily access and view the link to your documents right from your Publication Space view.

Additionally, the data in the Link column can be exported to Excel, where links will be displayed as clickable hyperlinks. 

Linked Forms Column

The Linked column for Publication Space folder views and saved searches allows users to quickly and easily see which forms are linked to Documents within the Publication Space.

The Linked column will only show linked forms and exclude DRI, TX/DTX, and WTX forms. 

The Linked column also supports exporting to Excel, making it easy to share and analyse data with others. It is available for both pre-existing and newly created saved searches, allowing users to quickly add the Linked column to their preferred search results.

We have ensured that only linked documents that the current user can access will be displayed in the Linked column. Additionally, links will open in a new tab for easy navigation.

 

 

Display the Latest Completed Workflow Review Verdict in a Folder

The WTX reference column displays the verdict for the document from the latest completed workflow, as shown in screenshot example below.

WTX reference number for the latest workflow In Progress as well.
