Display Latest Mark Up

By default, the system includes the latest markup in the revision column. However, you can display the latest mark up of a document as a new column in the Publication Space.

1. To do this go to Publication Space > Settings > Views.

2. Change the option for Latest Revision to Do not include Markups.

3. Turn on the Markup Column.

4. This will then display the latest Markup in this column.

 5. To download the latest markups you can click on the download icon that appears on the row when you highlight the particular row.
