Import Defects Using Excel

On occasion you may need to import a number of defects that have been collected manually without the app. To do this we have created an import facility.

The import utility:

• Uses a Microsoft Excel template to populate data relating to each defect. The template can be downloaded from the link provided in the utility and contains details about the format required for importing.
• Describes the steps and key considerations for a successful import.
• Provides a preview of the import file before you elect to commit it to your project.
• Provides a facility that allows you to attach files/photos to the defects you create.
