Overview
What the widgets and icons mean on the tender dashboard. Read the below list in conjunction with the numbers on the above screenshot.
1. How many tenders have been issued.
2. How many packages have been accepted. Click here for how to accept a bid.
3. How many packages have been awarded. Click here for how to award a package.
7. Package Name.
8. Category - If a category has been set up when creating your package it will list here.
9. Closing - This displays how many days are left until closing date or the date the package closed.
10. Status - Whether the package has been issued, not issued or awarded etc.
11. Has any tenderer / bidder asked a question. Click here for how to answer questions.
12. How many of the tenderers / bidders are intending to respond and provide a bid submission.
13. How many of the tenderers / bidders have downloaded the tender documents.
14. How many of the tenderers / bidders have submitted a bid.
15. How many addenda are there. Click here for issuing an addenda.
16. Are there any new revisions been uploaded to the publication space that relate to this tender package and you need to issue via an addenda to the tenderers / bidders.
17. Edit columns.
18. Summary - This takes you to the tender summary page.
19. Actions - This lists actions you can undertake for the package.
Column Filters on the Tender Dashboard
Added ability to column filter the Package Name and Package Status columns on the Tender Dashboard.
