Downloading Documents from Document Tab

After a Tender is issued, the Tenderer/Creator may want to access, view or review the documents included as a part of the package.
Tenderer can click into it from the dashboard and download documents included in the Tender. This offers an intuitive user interface.
To download a Document or Document Set, click the tickbox beside it and click ‘Download’ button to download it.
Downloading a Large Number of Documents
If you select a large number of documents, the download button will change to Request Files. This may take some time depending on the number of documents selected. When the documents are ready, you will receive an email with a download link.
Tickboxes for Document Sets: Tickboxes for each set of documents within a tender package.
Download Button: Download button for each document set in a tender package.
Large Data Set Warning: If downloading all documents, users will be warned about large data sets using the same logic as for bidders.
Email Notification: When a large download is is ready, users will receive an email notification.
