Link Forms and Documents

Associating allows you to create a link to any other form or document located within RIB CX. This helps keep all relevant information about an issue or process together.

For example:

  • An RFI might relate to a Document in the Publication Space.
  • A Transmittal may relate to Variation.
  • A Site Instruction might Duplicate another.

How Do I Know If There Are Forms Linked

How To Link a Form

1. Click Associate.

2. Use search to find the form or document you want to link.

3. Click search.

4. In the search results select the desired form or document and click Add.

5. Click Save. The form/s will now be linked and visible in the Linked section.
