Upload Your Signature and Apply it to a Form

Uploading Your Signature

As a user you can:

  1. Go to your contact details page and upload your signature and initial images.

  1. Scroll to the Signature section.

  2. Upload your signature.

  1. Upload your initials.

Selecting Your Signature on a Form (Desktop)

If a form has a signature user field:

  1. Click on the arrow drop down.

  2. Select your signature for a signature user field.

  3. Select your initials for an initials user field.

4. This is how your signature or initials will appear on the submitted form.

Uploading Your Signature on a Form (Mobile App)

If you have not already uploaded your signature or initials via the web when editing a form on the mobile that requests a signature, you can:

  1. Click on the pencil.

  2. Sign your name.

  3. If you make a mistake clicking on the back arrow will delete the last stroke made.

  1. Once you submit the form your signature will be uploaded to your contacts page on the web.

  2. Select your signature for a signature.
