Plans Report

Reporting on Defects against a Drawing is easy with the Pin to Plan Report.

The report is grouped by Category and then Plan.

To Access the Report

  1. Go to Defects.

  2. Then Plans Report.

The Plans report show you statistics on 

  • The Total number of Defects logged against a Plan

  • The number of Open Defects

  • The number of Overdue Defects

  • The Number of Closed Defects

  • Defect Action 

  • Defect Status

  • Due date of Defect

  • % Completed

View Defects Against the Document

  1. Click on the Document number to preview it.

  1. Click on the Defects tab on the right hand side of preview to view a list of Defects pinned to the document.

  1. You can filter the list by clicking on the coloured buttons to Open, Late, Closed or the Total.

Open a Defects from the Preview

  1. To open a Defect from the Preview simply click on the Pin.

  1. Or Click on the Defect tab and select the defect from the list by clicking on it.

To Export to Excel

  1. Click on the Export to Excel button.

  1. This is an example of the report in Excel.
