Access Plans via the Mobile
Please contact your project administrator if you having difficulties viewing plans on your mobile.
Best practice - whilst in good internet connectivity, download plans via the mobile app so that they are still accessible if you loose internet connectivity. For more information Click Here.
Once your project administrator has configured plans for use on the mobile, you can access them via the Mobile App.
Access Plans
1. Login and navigate to your Project.
2. Once you are logged in Go to Modules.
3. Then Defects.
4. And select the Defects Document type.
5. On the Defect List page click on the Plans tab.
Plans are Grouped by Category
The categories defined by the administrator in the Configuration are shown on the Mobile app.
To view a Plan under a category please click on the category to expand it.
Understanding the Layout
Each Plan will display the how many defects have been pinned, how many are open, and how many are late.
