Access Plans via the Mobile
Please contact your project administrator if you having difficulties viewing plans on your mobile.
Best practice - whilst in good internet connectivity, download plans via the mobile app so that they are still accessible if you loose internet connectivity. Once your project administrator has configured plans for use on the mobile, you can access them via the Mobile App.
Access Plans
Login and navigate to your Project.
Click on the Drawings tab at the bottom of the screen.
Then click on plans or publication space.
The Plans tab shows documents that have been configured and categorised specific for pinning a defect.
The Publication Space tab shows all your project documents.
Click on the down arrow of the category to reveal documents.
Plans are Grouped by Category
The categories defined by the administrator in the Configuration are shown on the Mobile app.
To view a Plan under a category please click on the category to expand it.
Understanding the Layout
Each Plan will display the total number of defects pinned, how many of these are open, and how many are late.
