If you are Logging or Inspecting defects in a remote location, which is unlikely to have a reliable internet connection, you need to ensure you have all the documents you need on the mobile device before undertaking your journey.

Downloading Defects to your Device for Inspection
Another great tool on the RIB CX Mobile app is the ability to create a Favourite for a list of Defects. This is useful when going out on site where internet connection may be intermittent or not available at all.

By creating a Favourite you will begin to download all the documents that matched your criteria to your Device. This will Include the attachments on those Defect documents. Therefore we strongly recommend you do this in your office or in a location with a reliable internet connection before going out on site.
