Budget Line Activity History

One of the most powerful functions of RIB CX is the ability to keep all information about an issue or process together. This includes all linked forms and related items. 

For contracts administration we have a special History page for each contract line item in the budget that does exactly that. 

It's as easy as clicking on the Line item of the budget you want to view. 

This page contains:

  • Contract 
  • Budget variations to this Line item
  • Budget transfers to and from this line item
  • Forecast items both active and inactive
  • All types of contract variations for this contract 
  • All claims/progress payments
  • All Payments certificates issued

Additionally using this interface you can raise budget transfers, budget variations, Forecasts and Contract variations. 
The contract variations button will only appear if the project is not set up for complex commitments.  (Click here for how to set up complex commitments)

Forms Section on Budget History Page

The "Linked Forms" section in the Budget History Page enhances visibility and accessibility of related forms.

Linked Forms Display: This section will show any forms linked to the specific budget line via a Budget Link user field

Form Details: For each linked form, the following details will be displayed:

  • LINK: Clickable reference number link to the form.
  • ACTION: Current action user name(s).
  • DATE: Issued date.
  • TITLE: Form title.
  • STATUS: Status of the form.

Multiple Budget Lines: If a form is linked to multiple budget lines, it will be displayed on all relevant budget lines.

Draft Forms: Will not be shown

PDF Inclusion: This section will also be included in the Budget History PDF.

Supported types - All forms with a budget link user field linking to a particular line items and Tender Packages.
