View a Document List

1. To access any document list you need to first click on the Modules tab.

The modules tab will display all the Modules you have access to on your RIB CX Project.

2. Click on the Module you wish to access eg: Defects.

This will then show all the Sub Folders and Document types filed under this module (Provided you have access to them).

3. To view a list of the Documents you want, click on the Document type you want. eg: Defects.

4. This will display the latest 25 document for this Document type.

Now that you are on the Document list, here is a breakdown of what you are looking at

Here we explain what information is available for a document on the Document List.

To see the next set of 25 documents, scroll to the bottom.

The app will automatically download the next 25 for you.

If a dynamic document list is configured (config shown here ) it will show up under the List icon in mobile app as shown below :
