Search a Document in Mobile App

Key word search enables the user to quickly search for a document or form by typing in a keyword in the template on top of the screen. The keyword needs to be anywhere in the title of the form.

Keyword that you type in needs can be any where in the title but needs to be exactly matching the words in title.

It does not support Boolean search functions like and, or, speech marks, etc.

Keyword search feature is supported by both iOS and Android devices.

Keyword Search in Modules

As shown below, just pull down on your interface and the Keyword Search Template will appear.

When you search for your word, it will show you the results that contain that word in the title of the listed forms. Also the keyword would be highlighted in red ink.

Keyword Search in Form List

When it comes to Form Lists, the keyword search enables a user to search for the keyword in title for a form, or even search anywhere in the form.

As shown below, the word ‘door’ is searched anywhere in the list of forms. Search shows one result that has 'door' written in it’s comments
