Refresh available buttons based on user field selections

This functionality enables you to have dynamic action buttons that automatically update based on their selections. Action buttons refresh automatically based on user field selections on the form (that match with the conditions set for the action button). This is configured here

A good use case is where you configure a mapped user field against an action button. When that user is selected the action button will appear as an option on your mobile app. For example in the configuration below, if the Defect form is addressed to the 'Quality team', the button in mobile will automatically update to "Send to Quality Team"

Document Trigger - Based on User Field change

If Document Trigger is configured to update a user field based on a condition (i.e. selection of a status is to update Team in charge), then the user can use the mobile app to do this. Configuration help page for this is Document Triggers#BasedonUserFieldChange.

This config allows the user to pick a Team e.g Quality Team, from the TEAM user field, and the workflow automatically updates the workflow button for that team.

Category User Field

If the form is configured to have category user field as shown here , then as a user you will be able to assign predefined options with unique numeric codes and colours for each option :

Conditional Formatting

If the form is configured to have conditional formatting as shown here , then as a user you will be able to see it in the mobile app as shown in example below :Â
