24.08 Update 11-Sept-24
Notifications - Module-Specific Customisation
We have introduced a new feature to the user notification settings, allowing users to apply their notification preferences across all modules or configure them individually for each module.
These enhancements provide users with greater control and flexibility over their notification settings, allowing them to tailor their preferences to individual modules while maintaining the option to apply settings globally across all modules and projects.
Â
New Checkbox: "Apply These Settings to All Modules"
Â
A new checkbox labelled "Apply These Settings to All Modules" has been added to the notification settings interface.
By default, this checkbox is ticked, and the user will only see one set of notification settings applied across all modules.
Â
Module-Specific Configuration:
If the user unticks this option, the interface will expand to show a row for each module within the project, allowing the user to configure notifications per module.
Users can click anywhere on the header to expand each row and view detailed settings for that module.
Â
Custom Notification Options:
Users can turn off all notifications for a specific module by ticking the "Turn Off All Notifications" checkbox for that module.
Alternatively, users can customise which notifications they receive per module by expanding the row and modifying the settings.
Â
Bulk Actions:
Â
A bulk tickbox has been added per column, enabling users to make multiple selections efficiently.
Â
Apply Settings to All Projects:
Users can click on "Apply These Settings to All Projects" and save their changes.
The system will match the top-level folder code across all projects that the user is part of and update the settings on those projects accordingly.
If no match is found, the settings for that project will remain unchanged.
Â
Notifications
Once notifications are configured per module, the system will ensure that users only receive relevant notifications based on their settings for form types filed under each module.
Forms - Allow Project Admin to Remove Split Links
We have added new functionality for Project Admins, providing them with the ability to remove split links for both modern and classic form types.
Split Link Removal
Project Admins can now remove split links in both the modern and classic form types versions of the platform.
Updated Logs
Logs for split and associate actions have been updated to indicate when a split unlink or an associate unlink has occurred.
Contracts Admin - Support for Importing Linked Budget Line Items in Contract / Variation Import
We have updated the contract and contract variation imports templates to support the importing of Linked Budget line items, similar to the process for Forecasts and Variations.
Contracts
Users can now import line items directly into contracts, similar to how line items are imported for Forecasts or Variations.
Contract Variations:
The same import functionality is also supported for contract variations.
Make sure to download the new template before importing your data.
