Markup download buttons are now context-specific
To avoid confusion the download options for Original File, All Markups, Latest Markup and Consolidated Revision will only be shown when a valid markup revision that matches those options are available
This will apply to the document preview screen as well as the workflow summary screen.

All markups |  Downloads each MU rev | Only shown if there is at least one MU revision available |
Latest markup | Just the latest MU rev | Only shown if there is at least one MU revision available |
Consolidated rev | Just the consolidated rev If Multiple CM revs are available it will download the latest CM rev | Only show if there is a CM revision available) |
