In this release, we have implemented the following features.

Utilities 

Ability to Transfer Dashboards, Groups, Folder, Distribution Rules to other projects

We've added a number of utilities that allow you to transfer Dashboards, Groups, Folders, Distribution rules from one project to another as long as you are an admin on those projects.

To access these utilities please go to Configure > Utilities and then click on the relevant utility.



Notes on these Utilities

Distribution Rules - Existing rules which match based on name will be skipped.

Folder Path - Existing folders which match based on path will be skipped.

Groups

  1. Groups which don't exist get created
  2. Users within these groups which exist on the destination project are added as members.
  3. Users who do not exist are not copied.
  4. Groups which already exist, and are editable by the current user
    1. Updates the description, multiple, enumerate
    2. Adds new members from the source project.
    3. Does not remove additional members in the destination project.

Pick the Dashboard or Group or Folder Or Distribution Rule you wish to transfer.

Pick the projects you wish to transfer it to.

Click Process.


Editing Placeholders

You can now click on a placeholder to open it  and edit it's details (name and user field information).
