ToDo List

Your ToDo List contains a list of items that have been brought to your attention. You can easily work your way through this list, and check off the items as you attend to them.

Anything you are addressed on will appear in your ToDo List. This makes it simple to organise your work.

The ToDo List shows:

  • The date the item was added to your list.
  • An icon indicating its urgency.
  • The user ID of the person who last contributed to the document and triggered the notification.
  • The reference number of the document.
  • The title of the document which acts as a brief description.
  • A link to add the item as a Task.

When you log in successfully, the ToDo List will be displayed by default.

At any other time, you can access your ToDo List by clicking on Activities in the Main Menu.


Day File Company

Allows the user to view the To DO list based on certain time periods and user groups.

Allows a user to view a list of documentation sent or received by them for a selected time period.

Allows the user to view the Action List based on Action Items outstanding for their company.
