24.08 Update 4-Sept-24
Tenders - Auto Locking for Locked Box Packages Based on Updated Closed Date
We have improved the package management functionality to provide automatic locking for locked box tenders based on the closed date.
Auto Unlock on Reached Closed Date:
When the initial closed date (e.g., 10th August) is reached, the package will automatically unlock.
Â
Updated Closed Date:
If the closed date is subsequently changed (e.g., from 10th August to 15th August), the system will automatically lock the package again.
While locked, tenders will not be accessible, and users will be informed that access is restricted.
History Log Update:
The package history will record the new locking status with the updated closed date.

Â
Publication Space - Hiding original revisions from DTX’s when distributing only markups.
We’ve upgraded the system to make distributing markups more straightforward and efficient.
Previously, when sharing markups, it was necessary to also distribute the original document revision. Now, thanks to improvements in the underlying structure, you can distribute markups without needing to include the original revision.
