Dashboard - Graphs

Graphs will show data from the last two years only.

Viewing

To view your graph in more detail you can click on it to enlarge it. Using the wheel on your mouse you can scroll in and out to show more or less data. To go back to your dashboard click away from the graph.

Hovering over a column will provide details of the month / year and how many forms.

Clicking on the column will open a register in a new tab.

Types of Graphs

Bar Chart

Bar charts can be vertically or horizontally stacked, either next to or on top of each other. They can also be cumulative or non-cumulative (refer here for more information).

In a stacked bar chart the open and closed forms will display in a single bar which is stacked.

In a bar chart where the data is next to each other the open and closed forms will be displayed as 2 bars.

Pie Chart

The pie chart view is made up of segments.

Donut Chart

A donut chart is made up of segments in a circle with a hole in the centre.

Line Graph

A line graph can be cumulative:

Cumulative

If a graph (Line or Bar Chart) is cumulative it will not include forms created before two years in the calculation.

Toggle Between Graph Criteria

To change the meta data you are viewing on your graph click on the down arrow on the right-hand side of the top ribbon.

Select how you wish to view your data. The graph will update accordingly.

Once you exit that dashboard the graph will revert back to showing the original metadata.
