20.11 Update 10-Feb-2021

Hello everyone,

This release has a bunch of neat features to streamline your processes. Below is a summary of all the latest features that are live now.


Core

Excluding weekends from due date columns.

Saved searches will exclude weekends from the due date in the status late column for form types that exclude weekend dates from the due date.

Disable retired users within User Groups

Users who are retired will now be shown in a greyed out style within a user group.

Retire a company and all its users

Now you can retire a company and all its users in one go. 

To do so click on the Retire button on the company and click yes on the confirmation pop-up. 

Move users to Action or Info

We have added an option to quickly move users between Action and Info via the address book. 

To move a user, select the user and click  on the up or down arrow button


Distribution rules and forces user security settings will still be validated with this option

Automatically update the menu

The menu is now automatically refreshed when a search is saved. This will ensure that you do not need to fresh your browser to find the search you've just created in the menu. 


Publication Space

History logs for workflow config

We've added history logs for changes made to a the configuration of a workflow.

Click on the history button to access the logs.

DTX attachments in history

Attachments added to a DTX are now also shown in the history. This will allow you to easily identify when an attachment was added by whom in the comments thread.

Display only the markups for the review on screen

When viewing a revision, only the markups (annotations) for that revision will be shown by default

Annotations do not include Design Review Issues, Pins, QR Code


Tenders

Warning message when responding to All

When responding to All in a tender Q&A thread - a warning pop-up has been added - to alert you that your response will be sent to all bidders.

Access to Tender Submissions (without Tender Module access)

With this release, you will be able to access the tender documents you are addressed on - even if you do not directly have access to the tenders module

To be clear - you will not have access to the Tenders module it self, but you will have access to all the forms that you have been named on within the Tender module, such as a Tender clarification
