In this release we have implemented the following features
Tenders
Save as Draft button on package creation
From this release, the Save button will be displayed on all tabs during package creation, allowing you to save the package as a draft at any time. It also overrides the need to fill out any required fields when saving as a draft (although they must be filled out before the package is issued)
Validation/Warning for Bidders when importing Schedule of Rates/Price Submissions with additional rows
Bidder users cannot import additional rows when submitting the schedule of rates or price submissions portion of their bid. A clear validation/warning message has been added to ensure this is communicated clearly.
To add any additional rows the bidder will need to click on the Add row button in the Additional Items sectionÂ
Contracts Administration
Control sheets - Bulk apply percentage allocations
On a control sheet, you can now click and drag your mouse across the row, this will then pop up the screen to enter the percentage value, to apply that percentage for all the rows that were selected.
New row on Payment Certificates - Uncapped Schedule of Rates
A new row has been added to the payment certificate to show claims against uncapped schedule of rates rows. It will be shown in the item 7 row as shown below on the PPC
