In this release we have implemented the following features.
Publication Space
Turn off Automatic Distribution
A new config option to turn off Automatic Distribution. This will allow you to completely switch off the Automatic Distribution prompts during a distribution.
To change the setting to suit your project needs go to.
1. Publication Space.
2. Settings.
3. Transmittals.
4. Then change the Automatic Distribution setting as required.
Tenders
Option to Delete default Tender documents
You can delete the default Tender documents by going to the Tender Project Settings.
Click on Upload.
Click on the X Icon to remove each document.
Pre-populated Excel Template for Price Submissions and Schedule of Rates
When data or line items exists for the Price Submissions and or Schedule of Rates tab, during package creation or Issuing Addenda, the excel template you download will be pre-populated with the existing rows.
