Update 14-Aug-19

In this update we have added the following features.

Display multiple DTX references when multiple distributions are done.

Display the Merge revisions window only after clicking Save.

Support adding placeholders manually.

Added option to keep the colors used by users when consolidating markups.

Added option for a Partial review status for workflows.

Added validation to warn users who completed a review without a comment.

Added new config option to Design review addressing to support Manual addressing.

Supported selecting multiple contacts when creating and editing an User Group.

Added option to Delete a consolidated markup layer.

Added ability to open a folder in a new tab.

Added validation message for when invalid date formats are used in the Publication Space grid.

Added warning message when user attempts to navigate away before saving a markup.

Design Review Issues report export will now list the users when the action of the DRI is a group.

Added loading message on the Layers tab.

Added the DRI reference number on the call out mark up when printing the DRI report.

Added ability to update the Design review issue status from the Issues tab in the Document preview page.

Display the Step Start and End date on a Workflow.
