Approval Documents in the Hotlist

Any document sent for your approval* will appear in your Hotlist on RIB CX Mobile. The process for Approval has been streamlined with action buttons to Approve or Reject documents easily without needing to edit the whole document.

The is also an option for a quick approval with a side swipe on the document row.

*Approvals are limited to Correspondence documents ONLY.
